How much notice is needed to book a car valet? Anything from 1 hour to 1 week, it really depends on how busy we are. We would always advise you to book at least two days in advance if possible.

What if the weather is bad? We can provide an excellent job but not excellent weather conditions, so in the event of extremely bad weather we will arrange another convenient date and time.

Can you clean my car while I'm at work? Yes, we are mobile and will come to your home or place of work. Our van has it's own water supply and is fully stocked with the best valeting products.

Are you insured? Yes we are fully insured for both Public Liability and accidental damage to a value of 1m.

Will you need access to electricity and water? While our van has its own water supply, we will need access to mains electricity. We've stopped using a petrol generator because of the associated noise (up to 95dB), fumes, and pollution.

Do you charge extra to remove dog hair?Most of the time our powerful vacuum cleaner can remove dog hairs easily, however in some cases hairs can become woven into fabric and carpets making them difficult to remove. In these cases we may have to charge more, but we will always discuss it with you first.

I was driving my car past some road works and tar has stuck to my car. Can you help? Yes, we have the professional products which will remove tar from your car.
